Autumn

 Autumn has left its unmistakable sign on the woods!

The sky crumbles under the heaviness of the clouds! Thunder and lightening come to for tell the storm that unleashes at the time as the inner battle that paralyses me… There`s not even the weakest ray of sunlight getting through the thick lair of clouds.

The forest gets more and more threatening…anticipating in some measure the rain…

It`s silent as a tomb and I can identify even the smallest sound…the leaves falling after the separation from the branches in the finest blaze; the sound that they make when they come in full contact with the ground! They seam to be fully assimilated by the carpet… a unique one, with colors so bright…green, yellow, brown, red…

It`s the serenity before the tempest! I fall between the leaves as I hear the first raindrop, and feel it on my lips!

In just a few seconds the whole picture changes dramatically!

The wind blows away impressive quantities of arid vegetation, refreshing the leave carpet the serves me as a bed…it`s as if an invisible hand tucks me in!

Puddles form and grow by the minute…

The nature fallows its course without hesitation!

The water moistens the leaves helping thus to their rotting… And with them I wish I could disappear as well…but there`s no spring for me!
